RECIPE INGREDIENTS
2 – 8 oz blocks of cream cheese
2 cans minced clams
Dash lemon juice
Dash Worcestershire
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
Set cream cheese out to allow it to soften. In a mixing bowl add the cream cheese and clams and blend on medium. Add Lemon juice and Worcestershire and slowly add some of the clam juice from the can until the consistency is smooth and creamy.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 Large Tomatoes
3 cans – 4.25 oz chopped black olives
2 cans – 8.5 oz chopped green chiles
1 bunch of green onions
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp garlic salt
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
Chop the tomatoes into small 1/4 inch chunks and add to a large mixing bowl. Add the green chiles and olives. Chop the green onions into 1 cm rings and add to the bowl. Add vinegar and garlic salt to taste. Mix together fully and refrigerate for one hour to allow all the flavors to meld.

RECIPE INGREDIENTS
3 medium avocados
3 medium green tomatoes
4 fresh tomatillos
3 garlic cloves
3 sprigs fresh cilantro
2-3 jalapenos
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste
Serves 6
RECIPE DIRECTIONS
Peel avocados and place them in a blender. In a medium saucepan, boil tomates, tomatillos, garlic, and jalapenos for 15 minutes. Remove from saucepan and place all ingredients in a blender with avocados. Add sour cream and blend until smooth.
